• FREE Local Delivery Service: Save time and stay home! Enjoy the convenience of Free Local Delivery. We’ll bring your prescriptions and supplies directly to you at no extra cost, so you never have to worry about a missed dose. 

• Prescribing for Minor Illnesses: Skip the wait! Our pharmacists can assess and prescribe medications for many common ailments directly. If you are experiencing symptoms like cold sores, pink eye, seasonal allergies, a UTI or other minor concerns, come see us for a quick consultation. Get the treatment you need without waiting for a doctor’s appointment.

• Compliance/Blister Packaging: Never miss a dose again! We offer organized pill packaging that sorts your medications by date and time into easy-to-open "blisters." Perfect for seniors, busy schedules, or anyone managing multiple daily prescriptions.

• Diabetes Care & Diabetic Supplies Available: We are here to support your journey with diabetes. From insulin and glucose monitors to test strips and lancets, we carry a full range of supplies to help you manage your health. Re: Online Booking Issues

We have been informed by a few patients of issues that patients commonly run into when booking online appointments via Cortico. The information you input when attempting to book an appointment via Cortico has to be identical to what we have on your chart. If you run into any of the following issues, please call our office at 613-468-1010, our staff members will be happy to assist you with updating your information and with any booking needs: 

​

• Phone number: Ensure you are using the primary phone number we have on file; additional notes in the phone number field in our system may sometimes cause a mismatch. Please call our office to ensure your contact details are formatted correctly for future bookings. 

• Patient name: Our online booking system requires your name to be identical to what we have on your chart. If you have a middle name on your health card, our system may require it to be included in the First Name or Last Name field to match our records. 

• Health Card Number: Our system requires your most current health card information. If you have recently received a new card, please ensure we have your updated version code (the 2 letters at the end of your health card number). If your card is expired, Cortico will not allow a booking; please visit the Service Ontario website to renew your card and call our office to ensure that we have the most updated information on file.

Re: Appointment Bookings & Cancellation Policy​

To ensure we continue providing timely access to care for our community, we would like to share a few reminders regarding our booking and cancellation procedures. Please note the following:

​

• 24-hour cancellation policy: Just a reminder to please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient who may require care.

• Online booking availability: Our online portal reflects standard availability. If you are booking online and do not see availability with your specific family physician, please call our office directly. Our team will be happy to assist you with your scheduling needs.

Dear Patient,

South March Medical Family Health Organization opens in the first week of November. Here's what you need to know about the transition to our new clinic.

​

Your Transfer is Automatic

If you are rostered with Dr. Daniel Cornejo Palma, Dr. Ali Bihi, Dr. Naseer Firdosi, Dr. Sonia Dhawan, Dr. Jason Hsu, or Dr. Oyidiya Ukpabi, you will automatically transfer to South March Medical FHO.You don't need to do anything.

If you didn't receive our earlier email, don't worry—it doesn't affect your transfer. Some contact information in our files may be outdated. What matters is that you're rostered with one of our physicians.

 

New Location and Contact Information

Urgent Care Services

• November 3-9: No urgent care available during our transition week

• Starting November 10: Urgent care resumes

We plan to expand to 7-day-a-week urgent care within approximately 18 months as our team grows.

 

Booking Appointments

Please wait until November 5th to book appointments. Starting that day, you can book online at www.southmarchmed.ca or by phone.

As a new clinic, we expect some delays during our first few weeks of operation. Our team is focused on ensuring a smooth opening, and we appreciate your patience as we work through the typical growing pains of a startup clinic. Emails sent before November 5th requesting appointments will not receive responses—please contact us after opening day.

Joining Our Waitlist

A link to join our patient waitlist will be available in late November early December. The online form is the only way to join the waitlist. Please do not call about waitlist inquiries. Phone lines must remain open for urgent patient care. As we navigate our startup phase, this digital approach helps us manage requests fairly and efficiently while dealing with the expected delays of a new clinic.
