We recognize the urgent need for primary care in our area and are working hard to accommodate new patients. To keep our lines open for urgent medical needs, we kindly ask that you do not call or email regarding the waitlist.
Re: Appointment Bookings & Cancellation Policy
To ensure we continue providing timely access to care for our community, we would like to share a few reminders regarding our booking and cancellation procedures. Please note the following:

24-hour cancellation policy: Just a reminder to please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient who may require care.

Online booking availability: Our online portal reflects standard availability. If you are booking online and do not see availability with your specific family physician, please call our office directly. Our team will be happy to assist you with your scheduling needs.
