Family Physician
Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Physician to join our Family Health Organization (FHO) team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to a diverse patient base. The Family Physician will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care and contribute to the continuous improvement of our clinical practice.
Key Responsibilities

Provide primary care services to patients of all ages, from pediatric to geriatric care.

Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide variety of medical conditions and illnesses.

Conduct regular health assessments, preventive care, and wellness check-ups.

Prescribe medication, therapies, and referrals to specialists when necessary.

Maintain patient records, ensuring accurate documentation in compliance with medical regulations.

Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including nurses, specialists, and allied health professionals, to deliver holistic care.

Participate in continuing education programs and stay current with the latest medical research and treatments.

Support patient education on health promotion, disease prevention, and chronic disease management.
Qualifications
-
Medical Degree (MD) from a recognized institution.

Certification in Family Medicine (CCFP).

Licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.

Experience in primary care setting is preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work well within a team and with a diverse patient population.

Nursing
Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality direct patient care across all ages from infants to seniors

Administer vaccines and injections

Manage vaccine ordering and inventory

Record patient vital signs and symptoms, reporting changes to physicians

Qualifications

South March Medical is seeking 4 full-time Medical Office Assistants to join our expanding healthcare team. We value hands-on experience and are offering above-market compensation to attract skilled professionals who can contribute to our clinic's growth.
Key Responsibilities

Patient scheduling, registration, and check-in/check-out procedures

Managing electronic medical records and ensuring accurate documentation

Answering phones and responding to patient inquiries
