Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate activities of Medical Office Assistants and administrative staff

Develop and implement office policies and procedures for operational efficiency

Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations

Oversee patient scheduling systems and optimize clinic flow

Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment

Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care delivery

Handle complex patient inquiries and issue resolution

Oversee implementation of Ocean, Oscar Pro, and Cortico platforms

Manage vendor relationships and healthcare partnerships

Assist with billing operations and financial management

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy laws
Qualifications

Experience over education: Minimum 3+ years managing medical office operations

Proven supervisory experience with healthcare administrative teams

Medical Office Assistant diploma OR equivalent combination of education and experience

Strong understanding of medical office workflows and healthcare systems

Experience with electronic medical records and practice management software

Excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality direct patient care across all ages from infants to seniors

Administer vaccines and injections

Manage vaccine ordering and inventory

Record patient vital signs and symptoms, reporting changes to physicians

Qualifications

Managing electronic medical records and ensuring accurate documentation
